There are 2 common reasons for this:

We cannot monitor your important pages without creating specific web properties.

If our tool has downloaded sitemap URLs but hasn't mapped any pages to web properties, you will see this message in the dashboard.

You’ll need to add specific web properties so we can monitor your pages.

We cannot monitor your important pages if they have not been downloaded from XML sitemaps.

If our tool has not downloaded any URLs and you have only selected 1 sitemap, you will see this message in the dashboard.

You will also need to select your XML sitemaps so we can monitor your pages.
