To cancel your current subscription you need to:
Navigate to the billing page
Visit your Paddle Portal
Cancel the subscription in Paddle
Confirm the subscription cancellation
1) Navigate to the billing page
First you will need to log into your account.
Then navigate to the Billing page in your account.
2) Visit your Paddle Portal
In the billing page you will see information around your subscription.
You will need to navigate to your Paddle Customer Portal to cancel your subscription.
3) Cancel the subscription in Paddle
When you navigate to the Paddle Portal you will see a cancel subscription call-to-action in the top right hand corner.
Click on cancel subscription.
4) Confirm the subscription cancellation
You will be asked to confirm you want to cancel your current subscription.
The subscription will continue to run until the end of your current billing period. After the current billing period you will not be able to access the tool.
